Account Manager, Commercial Strategic Sales

Utilize sales strategies and techniques to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans and strategies. Analyze account data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Conduct regular account reviews and provide recommendations to optimize performance and drive results. Serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase Amazon's products and services. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to proactively identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and initiatives. Represent Amazon at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish new relationships. Track and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency within the account management function. Maintain a deep understanding of Amazon's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
