Required Pharmacy Technicians (Remote) Equipment Provided:
Pharmacy Technician working in the Appeals dept. They will be working with Medicare and Medicaid patients, mostly Medicare, working through denied Prior Authorizations. They will be then sending the case to Pharmacists for a final determination. They are expected to review the information provided, reach out for additional information, to then send the case to the Pharmacists to make the determine to either keep or over turn.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must be a Nationally Certified Technician and registered pharmacy technician in the state they live.
Must have a HS Diploma/GED
Must have strong computers skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Pharmacy Technician who is Registered and Certified. Strong computer skills, attention to details and ability to change.
They will accept any experience in pharmacy – as long as they have strong computer skills and are registered and nationally certified.
Any experience with managed care or prior authorization is a plus.
Pay: $18/hour + Medical Benefits
Flexible Shift : Monday to Friday
