Aerospace Sales Manager

<p></p><p><span>As an </span><b><span>Aerospace</span></b><span> </span><b><span>Sales Manager</span></b><span>, you will achieve all sales and market goals for an assigned region by personal and direct sales, assurance of accurate performance of products, and managing the sales process to major accounts or groups of accounts within our Aerospace customers.</span></p><p></p><p>This role <span>is able to</span> be fully remote within the Toronto/Mississauga, Ontario area. You will <span>report to the Sales Director</span> OEM and Aftermarket.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Key</span> Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li><p><span>Develop, maintain</span>, and <span>continuous</span><span>ly</span> refine comprehensive account plans to grow sales and margin improvements for all assigned accounts and prospects.</p></li><li><p>Document, <span>maintain and execute</span> commercial opportunity pipeline using structured CRM data to foster organic growth.</p></li><li><p><span>Acting as</span> the primary catalyst build and sustain multi-level, multi-functional relationships within customer <span>organizations</span>, including procurement, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and executive leadership.</p></li><li><p>Identify shifts in customer demand, regulatory and product/service requirements and communicate <span>implications</span> and opportunities to leadership.</p></li><li><p><span>Drive</span> systematic prospecting efforts to expand customer base, <span>penetrate</span> new <span>programs</span>, and secure specifications on new aircraft platforms and derivative <span>programs</span>.</p></li><li><p>Lead commercial negotiations and contract development with customers to secure profitable, sustainable growth while aligning with corporate pricing, margin, and risk guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Develop accurate, bottoms-up sales forecasts by customer, product line, <span>program</span>, and platform; ensure <span>alignment with</span> S&O planning</p></li><li><p>Leverage <span>deep</span> understanding of aerospace coatings and sealants, including technical specifications, application processes, and industry standards, to support customers in product selection and usage.</p></li><li><p>Lead the commercial interface for new technology adoption, guiding opportunities through evaluation, qualification, specification, and production launch phases.</p></li><li><p><span>Serve as the voice of the customer</span> internally, ensuring <span>alignment</span> across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and technical teams.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree or an <span>equivalent combination of education and/or experience</span>.</p></li><li><p><span>5+ years of related sales experience</span>.</p></li><li><p><span>Experience with coatings or sealants is strongly preferred.</span></p></li><li><p>Familiarity with profit and loss (P&L) reporting and financial performance metrics</p></li><li><p>Prior experience working for a matrixed <span>organization</span>.</p></li><li><p><span>Travel up to 40%; Clean driving record is required.</span> Employees participate in a tax-free vehicle reimbursement <span>program</span>.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-Remote</p><p>This is a new position.</p><p><span>The base salary range for this position is $105,000 to $115,000</span> CAD, with a variable compensation bonus target based on sales performance.
