This role is critical in enabling IBHTs to focus on delivering high-quality clinical care by managing scheduling, patient coordination, and pre-appointment readiness across a large and complex patient population. Working closely with the Director of Clinical Operations and kidney care leadership, this role ensures seamless appointment coordination, patient preparedness, and efficient workflow execution across multiple clinics.
