As an IHCRA at ICON, you will support the execution and management of clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.What You Will Do:You will take responsibility for clinical trial monitoring deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Assisting in the planning, initiation, and execution of clinical trial activities</li><li>Conducting site feasibility assessments and participating in site selection processes</li><li>Coordinating with investigative sites to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements</li><li>Monitoring study progress and data collection activities to ensure quality and accuracy</li><li>Assisting in the preparation and review of study documentation and reports</li></ul>Your Profile:You will bring relevant clinical trial monitoring experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or healthcare</li><li>Previous experience in clinical research or a related field preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li></ul> Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
