Code review specialist to review app using MySQL

Seeking local professional with start- up experience to review and assist to approve delivered code at each stage. Already contracting a foreign company to create an integrated app. Applicant must have experience in a retail pc to mobile app. Applicant must have some experience in the Construction industry or at least good familiarity with the business. Applicant must reside in Northern California. Citizenship required.
