The successful candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of Revenue Management, Public Relations, and Communications in order to effectively guide and align the resort’s overarching commercial strategy.</p><ul><li>Minimum 7–10 years of progressive commercial leadership experience within luxury hospitality.</li><li>Proven experience leading Sales and Marketing functions within a luxury hotel or resort environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of Revenue Management, Public Relations, and Communications strategies within luxury hospitality.</li><li>Luxury hospitality experience in Mexico or international luxury leisure destinations strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of luxury travel networks, consortia, and international feeder markets.</li><li>Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market positioning within a luxury environment.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience interpreting market and performance data.</li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.</li><li>Experience with hotel systems and commercial platforms including Delphi, CRM systems, revenue management tools, and digital marketing platforms preferred.</li><li>Ability to travel as needed and maintain strong on-property engagement if remotely based.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
