If you are ready for a career and not just your next job, now is the time to join our team and become a part of something big.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>A DAY IN THE LIFE</p> <p>In this role, you will…</p> <p> </p> <p>· Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties.</p> <p>· Review title reports for clearance and to assure all items are accounted for marketable title.</p> <p>· Resolve rejected curative issues.</p> <p>· Address inquiries from client, senior lien holders, claims departments, underwriting counsel, foreclosure attorneys and internal </p> <p> staff professionally and in a timely manner.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>WHO YOU ARE</p> <p>You possess …</p> <p> </p> <p>· Working knowledge of foreclosure proceedings with ability to read and understand foreclosure reports. </p> <p>· Practical work experience within real estate industry.</p> <p>· A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.</p> <p>· The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients.</p> <p>· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p>· Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties.</p> <p>· Review title reports for clearance and to assure all items are accounted for marketable title.</p> <p>· Address inquiries from client, senior lien holders, claims departments, underwriting counsel, foreclosure attorneys and internal</p> <p> staff professionally and in a timely manner.</p> <p>· Maintain open communication with management and client.</p> <p>· Obtain releases and LOI’s for clients under agreed service level agreements.</p> <p>· Resolve rejected curative issues.</p> <p>· Attend and participate in team meetings.</p> <p>. Perform all other duties as assigned.</p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p>· High School diploma or equivalent required.</p> <p>· Practical work experience within real estate industry.</p> <p>· Working knowledge of foreclosure proceedings and ability to read/understand foreclosure reports. </p> <p>· Proven customer service skills.</p> <p>. Must be able to use and have advanced computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products</p>
