This is a <strong>succession-driven hire</strong>, designed to bring in a senior attorney who can gradually <strong>assume ownership of an established and thriving practice</strong>, with the opportunity to inherit and grow a meaningful book of business.</p><p>What stands out about this opportunity:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Succession & Practice Ownership Opportunity</strong></p><p>This role is intentionally structured to identify a long-term successor.
