Compensation will consist of salary, equity, and benefits. Compensation: $70,000-85,000 Location: Remote, but preferably in Utah Your Role Primary responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Build and maintain workflows to support outbound lead gen through Clay and HubSpot</li> <li>Own ICP contact data pulls and enrichments, primarily through Clay and Gong </li> <li>Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate GTM strategy into repeatable systems and workflows</li> <li>Build HubSpot dashboards to track pipeline, campaign performance, conversion rates and rep productivity</li> <li>Identify bottlenecks in the GTM motion and automate manual processes to build increased momentum</li> <li>Monitor email deliverability, domain health, email performance and compliance with best in class outbound practices</li> <li>Audit closed-won deals and manage deal / contact data to ensure good CRM hygiene</li> <li>Work with marketing to maintain lead scoring and routing systems</li> <li>Evaluate and implement new AI, automation, data, and sales/marketing tech to improve GTM efficiency</li> </ul> Your Qualities You will thrive if you: <ul> <li>Bring 1-4 years experience in HubSpot (Nice to Have: Clay, Gong, B2B Enterprise SaaS, K-12)</li> <li>Have built something using AI in the past 6 months that you are proud of</li> <li>Are tenacious, humble, and purpose-driven</li> <li>Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners</li> <li>Bring ownership, reliability, and bias toward action </li> <li>Are organized and detail-oriented</li> <li>Have strong problem-solving and prioritization skills</li> <li>Enjoy experimenting, measuring results, and iterating</li> <li>Take initiative and proactively look for ways to drive more leads</li> <li>Are aligned with culture values: work hard, stay humble, pursue meaningful outcomes</li> </ul>
