Location: Birmingham, AL (Local candidates only)Work Schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remoteType: Contract-to-HireAbout the OpportunityThis is a great opportunity for a Healthcare Data Analyst or SQL Developer looking to grow into the Epic ecosystem. The team is open to candidates who do not already have Epic experience and is willing to train and support Epic certification for the right person. You’ll join a highly collaborative, data-driven healthcare environment and work on impactful initiatives, including regulatory and clinical data projects.What You’ll Be Doing<ul><li>Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and datasets</li><li>Support large-scale data initiatives, including CMS price transparency reporting</li><li>Work with complex healthcare data and validate data accuracy across systems</li><li>Build and enhance reporting solutions using SQL Server and related tools</li><li>Collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders to support data needs</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in SQL development</li><li>Strong background in reporting, data analysis, and metrics</li><li>Experience working with large datasets</li><li>Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical data environment preferred</li><li>Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Birmingham, AL</li></ul>Why This Role?<ul><li>Clear path to gaining Epic experience and certification</li><li>High-visibility work tied to regulatory and operational initiatives</li><li>Contract-to-hire with long-term growth potential</li><li>Opportunity to be part of a team focused on advancing data culture in healthcare</li></ul>Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
