About the Role

Exact Medicare is seeking experienced, licensed Medicare Insurance Agents to join our remote sales team. This independent contractor position offers the opportunity to sell a full portfolio of Medicare, life, and ancillary products while building long-term residual income.

Qualifications

  • Active Health Insurance License (required)
  • At least 2 years of Medicare sales experience (phone sales preferred)
  • Experience handling inbound or high-volume phone sales
  • Licensed in multiple states
  • 2027 AHIP certification completed before hire (required)
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • High-speed internet and a dedicated home office
  • Computer with headset and microphone (dual monitors recommended)
  • Ability to complete carrier contracting and release requirements, if applicable

Compensation

This is a commission-only, independent contractor (1099) position with no cap on earnings. Agents earn commissions on Medicare and ancillary products, with additional opportunities for bonuses and ongoing residual income.
