Required Skills

Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
Hands-on experience with Databricks
Experience working on AWS Cloud
Strong Product Owner / stakeholder management skills
Experience in Agile environment

Domain Experience

Preferred: P&C Insurance (Property & Casualty)
Otherwise: General Insurance domain experience is acceptable

Nice to Have

Data governance knowledge
Experience with enterprise data platforms
Understanding of policy, claims, and underwriting data
Jira / Scrum tools exposure
