The role involves engaging with clients to understand their mortgage needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and fostering long-term business relationships. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a client portfolio, managing the mortgage lending process, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The successful candidate will also stay updated with industry trends to offer clients the most competitive and suitable options.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending</li><li>Skills in Business Relationship Management and fostering client trust</li><li>Strong Customer Service expertise to ensure positive client experiences</li><li>Familiarity with Finance and financial products, including mortgages and loan options</li><li>Proven ability to work independently in a remote, client-focused role</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)</li><li>Experience with CRM tools and mortgage-related software is a plus</li></ul>
