Nursing Manager
Salary: $90,000+ a year

What You’ll Do
- Update and implement policies and procedures in compliance with DDDS and regulatory standards
- Supervise, train, and support nursing staff (RNs and LPNs)
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, assessments, and required documentation
- Monitor health services, including medication management, audits, and incident reporting
- Conduct regular staff meetings, trainings, and performance feedback
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and ongoing care planning
- Communicate with families, agencies, and internal teams
- Respond to medical concerns, provide triage as needed, and report serious issues
- Maintain records, confidentiality (HIPAA), and required certifications
- Serve as liaison with external partners and support team participation
What You Bring
- Graduation from an approved nursing school
- 2+ years of relevant experience required, preferably working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- 2-5+ years of administrative experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Delaware or another compact state.
- Valid certification in CPR/FA.
