Part-Time Admin Assistant (Remote)
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and organized Part-Time Admin Assistant who can support our daily business operations remotely. The candidate should be comfortable handling vendor coordination, supplier follow-ups, documentation, and basic accounts/admin work.

- Maintain Excel sheets and reports
- Email communication and online research
- Support in hospitality procurement and project coordination
- Handle basic social media or online posting tasks if required
- Coordinate with management for daily updates and pending works
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and responsible personality
- Ability to work independently
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Experience in admin, procurement, hospitality, or office coordination is an advantage
- Candidates with experience in hospitality, procurement, supplier handling, or back-office operations
- Freshers with good communication and computer knowledge can also apply
