Part-Time Admin Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and organized Part-Time Admin Assistant who can support our daily business operations remotely. The candidate should be comfortable handling vendor coordination, supplier follow-ups, documentation, and basic accounts/admin work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor and supplier coordination
  • Preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase-related documents
  • Documentation and file management
  • Basic accounts and data entry
  • Follow-up with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners
  • Maintain Excel sheets and reports
  • Email communication and online research
  • Support in hospitality procurement and project coordination
  • Handle basic social media or online posting tasks if required
  • Coordinate with management for daily updates and pending works
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Organized and responsible personality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred
  • Experience in admin, procurement, hospitality, or office coordination is an advantage
Preferred
  • Candidates with experience in hospitality, procurement, supplier handling, or back-office operations
  • Freshers with good communication and computer knowledge can also apply
