We're seeking a highly skilled part-time Amazon expert to maximize our Seller Central revenue by identifying and recovering lost funds. This role focuses on recovering revenue lost due to issues like FBA inventory discrepancies, pricing inefficiencies, and reimbursements for damaged returned inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit our Amazon Seller Central account to pinpoint areas of lost revenue.
  • Identify and pursue reimbursements for lost or damaged FBA inventory.
  • Analyze product pricing to identify opportunities for profitable price adjustments.
  • Open and diligently follow up on Amazon cases until resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Extensive experience in Amazon accounting and revenue recovery.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly identify and resolve revenue discrepancies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate plus a performance-based percentage of recovered revenue.
  • This is initially a temporary, part-time position (1-2 days per week onsite at our warehouse). A longer-term opportunity may be available for the right candidate.
