Part-Time Google / Meta Ads Consultant (Remote, U.S.)

We've been serving a very exclusive, elite clientele of rich and attractive men, doctors, lawyers, investors, entrepreneurs, and Hollywood celebrities who are all seeking serious, long-term relationships.
We’re hiring a senior Google & Meta Ads Consultant to evaluate and improve our existing advertising.

Responsibilities

• Review ad accounts, creatives, structure, and performance data
• Identify key problems and root causes (not surface-level feedback)
• Analyze ads from a U.S. audience perspective (copy, creative, targeting, funnel)
• Provide specific, actionable recommendations
• Suggest improvements in:
• Ad copy & creative direction
• Campaign structure & targeting
• Conversion flow
• Prioritize the top 1–2 issues with highest impact
• Support strategy discussions and help improve team decision-making

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in digital advertising
• 3–5+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of ad strategy, creatives, and performance optimization
• Deep familiarity with U.S. users and messaging
• Ability to clearly explain what’s wrong, why, and how to fix it

Work Setup

• Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
• Part-time, flexible
• Ongoing consulting (not one-time)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
