<div><p><b>Product Manager (2 Openings: Reverse Logistics OR Mobile Activation)</b></p><p>Are you excited by the challenge of modernizing reverse logistics OR the challenge of evolving how we sell Mobile Phones across Canada?</p><p></p><p>Best Buy Canada has two roles open, one <b>focused on Reverse Logistics and the other in mobile activation</b>.</p><p></p><p><b>In the reverse logistics role</b>, you will lead cross-functional product teams to support the transformation of our reverse logistics, enabling operational efficiency and improved customer experiences across our ecosystem.</p><p></p><p><b>In mobile activation role</b>, you will work closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver experiences that improve the mobile phone activation experience for customers and front-line employees.</p><p></p><p>We practice a remote-first working model, with opportunities to collaborate at our head office in beautiful Vancouver, BC for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.</p><p></p><p><b>Join us in supporting the future forward transformation of our organization as a product manager!</b></p><p></p><p><b>Role A: reverse logistics - what you'll do:</b></p><ul><li>Deliver on the product vision and roadmap for Reverse Logistics.</li><li>Lead an agile, cross-functional delivery team to build scalable and reliable platforms that support reverse logistics and returns operations end-to-end.</li><li>Serve as the functional domain expert in reverse logistics, connecting technical implementation with business context and operational goals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to engage, influence, and build strong working relationships.</li><li>Contribute to the broader reverse-logistics modernization journey, unlocking value from new platforms and capabilities and supporting new initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for:</b></p><ul><li>4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in complex operational domains (retail operations, logistics, supply chain, or post-purchase experiences).</li><li>Hands-on familiarity with reverse logistics concepts (returns, repairs, return-to-vendor, write-offs/disposition, shipping) and how these connect across systems and operations.</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional agile teams and delivering iterative value through well-shaped roadmaps, backlogs, and clear outcome measures.</li><li>Strong ability to partner with technology, business, and operations teams, translate needs into product requirements, and make effective trade-offs across scope, timeline, and value.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Role B: mobile activation</b></p><p></p><p><b>what you'll do:</b></p><ul><li>Deliver on the product roadmap for the Mobile Phone Activations product.</li><li>Partner with engineering and delivery teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable and reliable experiences that support Mobile Phone Activations end-to-end.</li><li>Partner closely with operational stakeholders to understand pain points and translate business needs into well-defined product backlog items and actionable outcomes for delivery teams.</li><li>Serve as the functional domain expert in Mobile Phone Activations, connecting technical implementation with business context and operational goals.</li><li>Contribute to the end-to-end mobile activation evolution, unlocking value from integrated carrier, financing, and fulfillment capabilities while enabling new customer and associate-led activation experiences.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for: </b></p><ul><li>4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in complex, customer-facing ecosystems, ideally within telecom, retail, or transactional platforms.</li><li>Experience with telecom activation workflows, including plan selection, provisioning, and real-time transaction processing across multiple carrier partners.</li><li>Hands-on experience designing customer and front-line associate experiences, balancing self-serve capabilities with assisted selling in high-volume environments.</li><li>Experience working with systems that handle sensitive customer data (PII), with a strong understanding of privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.</li><li>Strong operational mindset, with familiarity in piloting & iterations for front-line associates.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why you’ll love it here:</b></p><ul><li>Remote-first work environment.</li><li>Employee discounts on awesome tech from day one.</li><li>Flexible health benefits and wellness program.</li><li>TFSA and RRSP programs.</li><li>100% matched company pension plan.</li><li>Training programs to build new and transferable skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Annualized Compensation Range</b></p>$95,000.00 -
