Monitor and track proposal progress, providing regular updates to team members and management. Review and edit proposals for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal-related questions and inquiries. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to ensure proposals are competitive and effective. Coordinate and participate in proposal presentations and demos.
