We are looking for a reseacher, who can work hard and generate and organize dozens of Facebook ad examples and Instagram post examples for our designers

- First, you will get familiar with the digital fitness space, understanding which are the best accounts to study

- Next, you will dig deep into their Facebook Ad accounts and social media to generate dozens of posting and ad ideas

- Next you will organize all of that content into a well laid out Figma file, working closely with design to ensure they are designing in guardrails of the posts you sourced

- You will learn the performance data of the posts, then use the top performers to find more and more examples for the designer to try out

(Other work may include helping to break down transcripts, cuts in the video, etc)
