Senior Director, Enterprise Integrations

<p>We are looking for an experienced leader to join our Enterprise Integrations team at PayPal as Senior Director. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for technology and a track record of leading successful integrations to help us drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will need an extensive background in integrations, specifically in the financial services sector, and an understanding of the technical and business aspects of integration projects. You will also need to be able to demonstrate your ability to lead complex projects, build relationships, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across a variety of disciplines. Responsibilities: Lead and manage integration projects in the financial services sector with technical and business considerations. Lead teams of engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Monitor industry trends and provide strategic direction to the team. Establish and maintain standards and procedures for integrations. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues. Establish and maintain metrics to measure the success of integrations. Identify and implement process improvements. Manage budgets and resources for integration projects.
