Senior Manager, Finance – Anaplan
Job Description:
- Own the Anaplan Tech platform strategy and roadmap
- Act as enterprise solution architect
- Lead and mature the Anaplan Center of Excellence (COE)
- Drive end-to-end delivery accountability
- Serve as the primary advisor to Product Owner and Senior leadership
- Oversee platform health, including model performance, integrations, security, and scalability
- Lead enterprise adoption and change management
- Define and enforce data governance and access controls
- Partner with EDT and data teams to architect and optimize integrations
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship
- Deliver rapid, high-impact solutions in a contractor capacity
Requirements:
- Anaplan Solution Architect certification (required)
- 10+ years of FP&A / Finance Systems experience
- Proven experience leading Anaplan COE or large-scale implementations
- Deep expertise in Anaplan architecture, model design, and performance optimization
- Strong experience in stakeholder management at Director/VP level
- Demonstrated ability to define tech strategy
- Experience managing external consultants and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and integrations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience driving user adoption, change management, and training at scale
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
