Sr Designer, Experience Cloud

If you are someone who is constantly pushing the boundaries of design and technology, then we want to hear from you! Lead and oversee the design process for projects within the Experience Cloud team. Create and deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions that align with the company's brand and vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance the design process. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping them to develop their skills and grow in their roles. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for the Experience Cloud team, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of work is maintained. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present design concepts and ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
