Responsibilities
- Provide financial support focusing on but not limited to Product Development, Merchandising and Sourcing, and participating in several milestones across the preseason calendar, delivering financial inputs and influencing results
- Provide thought leadership in interpretation of data into concrete outcomes
- Distill data into key business insights
- Collaborate through complexity and uncertainty to deliver results
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively to senior management
- Perform ad hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions across multiple disciplines
- Support FP&A team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis and other reporting requirements upon request
- Support all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for Planning, Forecasting and Variance Analysis
- Support Quarter-End external financial reporting activities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team with a natural vitality to aim for results
- Ability to meet high pressure deadlines
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required

- Knowledge of accounting procedures
- MBA a plus
- Experience at a Retail Brand is a plus
- Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
