digital experiences in an enterprise environment. </li><li>This role focuses on UX strategy, research, and interaction design, translating business objectives and user needs into intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences. </li><li>Excels at discovery, problem framing, and experience design, and can effectively bridge business goals, user insights, and product direction while collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities: <br><br></strong><ul><li>UX Strategy & Discovery:</li><ul><li>Lead discovery efforts to define user needs, business goals, and experience opportunities</li><li>Apply Design Thinking methodologies to solve complex problems using human-centered approaches</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements, experience objectives, and success metrics (OKRs, North Star Metrics)</li><li>Translate insights into clear experience strategies and design recommendations</li></ul><li>User Research & Insights:</li><ul><li>Conduct and support UX research: User interviews, Stakeholder interviews, Usability testing, Heuristic evaluations, A/B testing</li><li>Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights</li><li>Advocate for user-centered decision-making across product teams</li></ul><li>Experience Design & Modeling:</li><ul><li>Create: User journeys and experience maps, Personas and archetypes, User flows and task flows. </li><li>Apply Information Architecture principles to structure complex experiences</li><li>Define end-to-end user experiences across digital platforms</li></ul><li>Interaction Design & Prototyping:</li><ul><li>Design intuitive interaction patterns, task flows, and usability-driven experiences</li><li>Create: Wireframes (low fidelity), Interactive prototypes</li><li>Iterate designs based on user feedback, research insights, and usability testing</li></ul><li>Collaboration & Delivery:</li><ul><li>Work closely with: UI Designers, Product Owners, Developers, Business stakeholders</li><li>Provide clear design artifacts, documentation, and specifications for implementation</li><li>Support design reviews and validation sessions to ensure experience quality</li></ul><li>Accessibility & Usability:</li><ul><li>Ensure experiences meet WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles</li><li>Advocate for usability best practices across all touchpoints</li></ul><li>Leadership & Continuous Improvement:</li><ul><li>Mentor junior designers and promote UX best practices</li><li>Influence product direction through data-driven insights and storytelling</li><li>Stay current with emerging UX trends, research methods, and tools<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Required Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field. </li><li>7+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or digital design</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating:</li><ul><li>UX strategy</li><li>Interaction design</li><li>Complex problem-solving. </li></ul><li>Deep understanding of:</li><ul><li>User-centered design methodologies</li><li>Information architecture</li><li>Interaction design principles. </li></ul><li>Experience conducting and synthesizing UX research</li><li>Experience designing enterprise applications and complex workflows</li><li>Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments</li><li>Familiarity with analytics and behavioral insights tools</li><li>Experience in enterprise or regulated industries (e.g., utilities, energy)</li><li>Experience aligning UX strategies to business KPIs and product
