Staff Product Designer – Advanced Trade
Job Description:
- Own end-to-end product design for key Advanced Trade experiences across web and mobile
- Lead high-ambiguity, zero-to-one and improvement initiatives
- Raise the craft and quality bar across the Advanced Trading product surface
- Design scalable frameworks, patterns, and information architecture
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional peers
- Lead through influence by coaching and upleveling more junior designers
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience designing digital products
- Broad end-to-end product design range
- Strong visual design, interaction design, systems thinking, and prototyping craft
- Proven ability to lead through influence
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
- Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools
