Telehealth Physician/Nurse Practitioner

To support a growing telehealth practice focused on weight management and metabolic health, the remote Telehealth Physician/Nurse Practitioner will conduct virtual patient evaluations, review health data, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with care coordination teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual patient consultations (synchronous and asynchronous) Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory results Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate Required Qualifications MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or active, unrestricted NP license with prescriptive authority Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine for Physicians; Board-certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) for Nurse Practitioners Licensed in multiple U.S. states (30+ state coverage strongly preferred) Prior telehealth experience preferred Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management and metabolic health
