Territory Manager – Electronic Assembly Solutions
Job Description:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Provide product training, target account identification and ongoing support to internal and external channel partners.
- Manage and motivate a network of third-party sales agents (Manufacturers' Representatives).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for market penetration.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce.com.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of sales experience, in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
- Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Experience developing and managing key accounts
- Product demonstration experience and competence
- Strong track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork
- Salesforce.com experience is preferred
