  • Proven track record of strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or related ServiceNow modules
  • ServiceNow Certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide creative and effective solutions
