Website developer for retreat. GEO and smartphone

We want a minimalist, single-page experience platform using GEO for a retreat in Grenada West Indies. We need a developer to build a completely native, embedded custom itinerary booking engine. The site will live on a single long-form scrolling page. Audience must be able to select a base package, toggle à la carte add-ons, view a live-updating price, and instantly check out with no third party redirects; digital wallet express check out.

* We don’t know what is best; Squarespace, Wordpress, WIX etc.but it needs to heavily interact with smartphones.

* We are targeting US East coast audience
