Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills :-35 WPM

Technical Requirements

Laptop/Desktop with Intel i5 processor or above

Operating System: Windows 11

RAM: Minimum 8 GB

Stable Wi-Fi/Internet connection

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Follow company processes and quality standards

Work Details

Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: 1 rotational off
