<p><strong>About the Position</strong></p><p>We are looking for motivated individuals to join a remote team that helps working families understand their available benefit options.</p><p>For more than 60 years, our organization has worked with unions, associations, and member-based groups across North America. Through these partnerships, we provide members with clear information about supplemental benefit programs designed to support long-term financial security.</p><p>This is not a cold-calling position. All conversations are with individuals who have already requested information or expressed interest in reviewing their benefits.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Contact members who have requested benefit information</li><li>Schedule virtual or phone appointments</li><li>Review available benefit options in a clear and professional way</li><li>Help members understand programs that may fit their needs</li><li>Guide families through the online application process</li><li>Follow up with members to provide continued support</li><li>Maintain accurate records and appointment details</li><li>Use company-provided systems, scripts, and training resources</li><li>Participate in ongoing coaching and development</li><li>Work toward personal goals with opportunities for leadership advancement</li></ul><p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>We are seeking individuals who are dependable, professional, and willing to learn.</p><p>Ideal candidates should have:</p><ul><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>A positive and professional attitude</li><li>Basic computer and video-call skills</li><li>Good organization and time-management habits</li><li>The ability to work independently from home</li><li>A willingness to follow a proven training system</li><li>Motivation to grow personally and professionally</li><li>The ability to complete a background check</li></ul><p>Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, call centers, or similar roles can be helpful, but it is not required.
